Home Save Solutions is a Florida 501(c)(3). We acquire real estate the market left behind and turn it into lasting affordable housing for low-income households, veterans, fixed-income older adults, disabled adults, and youth leaving foster care.
Empty houses and unhoused families are a policy failure we can physically undo. We buy, receive, and restore properties — then keep them affordable on purpose.
Who we serve
The work
We don’t wait for someone else to rehab the house. Acquisition without restoration is a vacant lot with better paperwork. Restoration without stewardship is a flip. We hold the whole chain so a donated bungalow can still be affordable ten years from now.

Donated homes, distressed and overlooked properties, surplus land, and houses that still have life in them if someone will do the work.

Rehab to a standard a family can be proud of — safe, code-worthy, efficient enough to keep. Not flipped for maximum resale.

Place people into those homes with rents and occupancy terms they can actually meet.

Affordability is the point, so we keep it. Through nonprofit ownership and long-term covenants, the home stays a home.

Charitable gifts, grants, donated property, and long-term affordability. This is the nonprofit: homes people can keep, locked in on purpose. Contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
