Why this exists
Areas are full of houses that sat empty while the paperwork stalled. Inherited and stuck. Failed inspection and never came back. Someone needed to pull a permit and finish the work — and own the result.
We buy assets, put them back together, and keep them on the books to help with the affordable housing crisis.
How we operate
